Technology and You: Communicating with Your Students

On Saturday, November 13th I co-presented at the 2010 Access Group conference for financial aid administrators (FAAs). My talk was a tactical framework and road map for FAAs to communicate with their students. I hope they are able to take this information and put together a plan for listening, sharing, and interacting!

Using Social Media to Connect with “Ultimate” Sports Fans

However, as interactive marketing director for MoneyGram, my team was tasked with using interactive to leverage the company’s corporate sponsorship of professional cricket – a game very foreign to me and most American sports fans. To tackle this task, I immersed myself in the game of cricket – growing up in Florida, it’s hard to think of any sport other than my beloved college football (Go Knights!).
