1. Scope of Services
The service provider, Christina Martin (Resume Services by Christina Martin), agrees to offer resume writing, resume editing, and/or LinkedIn profile optimization services as requested by the client. The specific scope of work, including deliverables, revision rounds, and timelines, will be determined by the client’s selected service package and mutually confirmed before the commencement of work.
Professional Resume Packages:
• Resume Refresh ($300): Resume only. Includes 2 rounds of edits with Zoom check-ins.
• Career Story & Branding ($500): Resume and LinkedIn headline suggestions. Includes 3 rounds of edits with Zoom check-ins.
• Executive Positioning ($700): Resume and full LinkedIn optimization suggestions. Includes 3 rounds of edits with Zoom check-ins, plus unlimited revisions for 30 days from the date of the first draft.
Student Resume Package:
• Done For You Student Resume ($250): Full resume build. Includes a 1-hour discovery session via Zoom (parents welcome to attend) and 2 rounds of edits with check-ins. Final Word document resume delivered.
2. Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is due before the initial client discovery session.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full within ten (10) calendar days after the final content is delivered.
• Payments shall be made via the payment methods specified by the service provider.
3. Revisions and Schedule
• Clients are entitled to the number of revision rounds included in their selected service package, as outlined in Section 1 above.
• For the Executive Positioning package, unlimited revisions are available for 30 days from the date of the first draft delivery.
• Clients must review revisions and schedule the next round within five (5) business days of receiving each draft.
• If a client fails to review revisions and schedule the next round within five (5) business days, the remaining balance becomes due within ten (10) calendar days.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
• The initial deposit is non-refundable.
• If the client decides to cancel services before completion, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
• No refunds will be issued once the final deliverable has been provided.
5. Client Responsibilities
• The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for resume development and LinkedIn profile optimization.
• Delays in providing necessary information may result in adjusted timelines.
6. Delivery of Services
• Drafts and final content will be delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The service provider is not responsible for technical issues preventing the client from accessing the delivered files.
7. Confidentiality
• All personal and professional information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
• The service provider may ask for an anonymous testimonial to be used for marketing purposes, which will be agreed upon by the client before publication.
8. Limitation of Liability
• The service provider does not guarantee job placement or specific results from resume or LinkedIn optimization services.
• The client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and representation of information in the final content.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service provider operates.
