I’m a marketing and branding strategist with 20+ years of experience crafting messages that capture attention and drive decisions. I’ve led campaigns, built brands, and managed teams — but I’ve also sat on the other side of the table as a hiring manager, reviewing hundreds of resumes. That combination is what makes my approach to resume writing different.
During the pandemic, I started helping job seekers tell their career stories. What began as pro bono work quickly grew into a full resume writing service as I saw the same pattern over and over: talented professionals with decades of experience submitting resumes that read like job descriptions. They had the accomplishments, they just weren’t translating them into a compelling narrative. I knew I could help bridge that gap.
Today, I write ATS-friendly, recruiter-tested resumes for mid-career professionals, executives, and career changers. Every engagement starts with a one-on-one discovery session on Zoom, where we walk through your career progression together. From there, I build your resume around what you’ve actually achieved — not just what you were responsible for — using a proven accomplishment framework that highlights what you did, how it was measured, and why it matters. I also offer LinkedIn profile optimization and interview coaching to help you tell your story consistently across every touchpoint.
Through mentorship programs, I also started working with college students and recent graduates who need resumes for internships, career fairs, and their first professional roles. Working together, we go beyond the document itself — workshopping how to present achievements and tackle behavioral interview questions like “Tell me about a time when . . .” so they walk into interviews with confidence. Parents are always welcome to join our Zoom sessions.
I've also been fortunate to help our nation's military members by helping transitioning veterans translate their military experience d into civilian accomplishments.
