United Capital's social media strategy was recognized in December 2015 by Kurtosys and Klout for publishing "inspiring and influential" content, which resulted in a #22 out of 100 ranking of wealth management firms.
July 2016 Update: United Capital is now 9th in wealth management and is now ranking for asset managers!
"Socially-Devoted" Award - Social Customer Care
MoneyGram received multiple quarters of recognition as "socially-devoted" company by Social Bakers, a leading social media analytics tool. To be deemed socially-devoted, a brand must receive at least 50 questions on social media and have at least a 65% response rating.
International Social Media Campaign
Recognized for excellence in social media campaign execution, Social Samosa's principal said in recognition of the "Ultimate Cricket Fan" campaign - "MoneyGram has done a great job at leveraging its association with an international tournament with a fun and engaging contest, executed across several countries."
Social Media Campaign - "Best Practice"
Access Group created a law school scholarship and put social media to use as the platform for entry.
The video competition called "My Inspiration" put incoming law school students behind and infront of the camera. This campaign was recognized by Forrester Research as a "best practice in user generated content" for the campaign's design and execution.
Technology Award - "Most Innovative"
First Horizon's customized loan originations and sales enablement web program was recognized as a "most innovative use of technology" by Mortgage Technology Magazine during its annual conference.
This award was presented to the brand and technology vendor, Dorado, for the (then) innovative use of web technology to create a personalized sales channel with mortgage application and processing functions.
Web Site Usability - "Top 10"
Beating out many national bank brands, First Horizon was recognized in a benchmark study evaluating the usability of mortgage web sites. The study looked at the usability of the loan originations and servicing platforms.
